Agenda
Wednesday 25 November
Electric mobility under pressure
Big-picture presentations based on the latest data and conversations.
Day 1 opening
EV charging from the driver’s perspective: behaviour, expectations and pain points
EV adoption is moving from pioneers to the mass market, and with it the expectations of charging customers. Based on current USCALE studies, Axel Sprenger shows who charges where, why drivers prefer one charging service over another and which pain points cost CPOs a lot: lack of price transparency, payment and charging problems that 88% of EV drivers experienced within the last 12 months. The takeaway: electromobility is not yet where it should be for the mass market from the user’s perspective, but the gap can be closed.
Beyond the horizon: why electric mobility's shift from niche to mass market will be decided along the customer journey
For years, our industry’s horizon was simple: more charge points. That horizon has been reached in many markets. Utilisation, however, often lags behind, and the drivers now switching to electric are no longer early adopters. They are commuters, tenants and families who expect charging to just work.In this keynote, Jens Römer, Amplify Tech Agency looks at what lies beyond the rollout phase. Drawing on market data from the across Europe and on first-hand examples, the session shows where the customer journey breaks today, who must change, and how operators, platforms and partners turn a working journey into higher utilisation and stronger margins.

Industry maturity and the BIG user experience questions
As charging speeds become less of a differentiating factor, the focus shifts to the experience around the charge. This roundtable explores what drivers, businesses and new mobility audiences will expect as electric mobility moves firmly into the mainstream.
Thursday 26 November
Practical industry guidance
Straight-talking sessions delivered by European electric mobility experts.
Day 2 opening
From interoperability to trust: securing Europe’s charging network
The first phase of electric mobility was about connecting things through roaming. The next phase is about making those connections trustworthy. EVs, charge points, backend systems and the (evolving) grid authenticate each other automatically, across borders. That changes requirements for every player, and it’s happening now because of ISO 15118-20, NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
