You can use Community Charging for this task. Drivers can pay through a third-party app, online portal and credit or debit card. All you need to do is set up the tariff on the charging points in your vaylens account. We collect the money generated from your stations and pay it directly into your bank account.
Choose our Advanced plan to manage public EV charging sessions in your vaylens Portal for added peace of mind and financial overviews. If you’re only interested in managing charging at the workplace and the sessions conducted at your employees’ home stations, choose our Essential plan.
New home and workplace charging stations are commissioned and configured in the vaylens Portal by the fleet manager; it’s quick and straightforward. For home stations, drivers can use the vaylens App to connect the station to their account and upload their home energy contract. Once you approve the prices on the contract, everything is ready to go; sessions are automatically documented and exported to your booking system for reimbursements on a monthly basis.
